By downloading or using the Keevo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Keevo is a personal digital vault application that allows you to store, organize, and back up personal documents, reminders, passwords, and other data securely on your device.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Keevo offers two tiers:

• Free: Access to core features with certain limits (e.g., number of reminders, no auto-backup).
• Pro: Full access to all features including unlimited reminders, automatic backup, and no ads.

Pro subscriptions are billed through the payment method you provide. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Your Data

You own all data you store in Keevo. We do not claim any rights over your personal documents, notes, or any content you create in the app.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If you lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Keevo to:

• Store or distribute illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your account data is permanently removed from our servers. Local data on your device must be deleted manually.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Keevo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from app failure, device failure, or user error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keevo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
